Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a blend of artist (part graphic designer & copywriter) and digital strategist, who will lead the planning, creation, and execution of omnichannel digital marketing, focused on campaign creation for paid search and social advertising, organic social, and content marketing, as well as designing landing pages, display ads and email to support campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing and design, who can expertly manage and execute marketing initiatives and projects within website, PPC, social media, search engine, and other digital verticals. This person quickly understands and supports initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of the business.

Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary
This position is responsible to support production activities to ensure consistent high quality output, productivity improvements and process robustness. This position will also work as a liaison between production and other SciCan departments from product development to the manufacturing of the developed product.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards
- Design and develop tools, jigs, and fixtures to aid in assembly. Create CAD models and drawings for these tools
- Maintain production tools and fixtures
- Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time
- Work with all departments to design solutions that improve production efficiency, ergonomics, safety, and maintenance related issues
- Assist production personal in failure analysis and troubleshooting of non-conforming manufactured product to determine the root cause
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive to closure with related parties. Recommend solutions to design team, if required
- Prepare reports, charts, and other documentation required for engineering records and projects
- Confers with the design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
- Develops testing and inspection criteria at various stages of assembly based on the statistical data of parts’ reliability and recommendation from the design team
- Assist with training of manufacturing employees on new products, tooling, equipment, and process revisions
- Identify critical control points and preventive measures
- DFMEA and PFMEA review and improvement
- Using lean concepts and tools, participate in continuous improvement projects to improve production plant and manufacturing processes

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Courses related to manufacturing would be an asset if candidate possess a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Order picker/Shipper/Receiver
Job Summary
The Warehouse Order Picker/Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for ensuring accurate and seamless outgoing shipments and reception/processing of incoming shipments. The Warehouse Shipper/Receiver must load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting.
The Warehouse Shipper/Receiver must understand the impact of this position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of incoming and outgoing items. This position requires the successful candidate to work with the warehouse team to receive, store, retrieve and distribute finished products and parts, including receiving, logging and labeling incoming shipments, matching shipments against purchase orders and pick lists, picking and packing shipments, picking parts for requisitions from manufacturing and product service, and tracing the status of shipments. Inventory management and vendor relations with shipping companies are essential functions for this position.

Product Manager
Job Summary
We currently have an opening for a Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support a designated portfolio of initiatives across our Washer/Washer Disinfector Portfolio. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their objectives, contribute to product roadmaps, define vision and build new features alongside our research and design teams. You’ll have the opportunity to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from generating requirements, to planning and launch and then managing the portfolio through the product lifecycle.
